I ordered some puppy stuff online, and after it arrived there was a small issue with the order. I emailed customer support thinking I’d probably be waiting forever, but nope—they got back to me really fast. Like, I’m completely convinced this was one of the quickest replies I’ve ever gotten from a support team.

They told me exactly what to do, fixed the problem without making it complicated, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay. No runaround, no weird back-and-forth, just handled properly. I can say with absolute certainty I’m really happy with the support after buying.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the wait time in the store was longer than I thought it would be, and a few of the fees could’ve been explained a bit more clearly. But at the end of the day, are we happy with our puppy? Absolutely.

I got some simple training tips and feeding advice from them, it made a noticeable difference at home with my pup. The suggestions were easy to follow and actually worked for our daily routine.

My dog came back clean, happy, and looking great. The staff was super nice, and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. Definitely a good experience!

Some of the animals looked stressed to me, and since the staff didn’t really explain what was going on or reassure us much, it just made me feel more uncomfortable. I know I might not have the full picture, but I left feeling worried rather than confident about the care they were getting...

The floors could’ve used a good cleaning, and there was a noticeable smell in one section that made it hard to ignore. That said, the staff were friendly enough and helpful, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just think the store would feel a lot better if they kept up with the cleaning a little more.

Our puppy looked clean, active, and healthy when we got them. We took them to the vet too, and they said everything seemed fine. So far, we’re happy with how things are going.
